Unsaved 15 Minute Spicy Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp Fresh ginger root, grated
  • 1 tsp Chili and garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 3 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil, divided use
  • 1 Chicken and vegetable stir fry kit

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl whisk soy sauce, ginger, chili paste, water, sugar and red wine vinegar. Set aside.
  2. Heat a large non-stick sauté pan over high and add 1 tablespoon oil. Heat until almost smoking.
  3. Add chicken and sauté 3 to 4 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken and add to soy sauce mixture.
  4. Add remaining oil and sauté both vegetable packets about 3 minutes.
  5. Add chicken and soy sauce to pan and cook until slightly reduced.
