Instructions

  1. Heat a small amount of canola oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced tofu, brown lightly, then add fajita vegetables.
  2. Continue to cook for 2 minutes then add cooking sauce and bring to a simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve with cauli-rice.
