Unsaved 10 Minute Mi Tierra Tortilla Soup

Ingredients

  • 32 oz Tortilla soup base
  • 1 1/2 lb Shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 1/2 cup Tortilla strips
  • 1/2 cup Fresh chopped cilantro and diced white onion

Instructions

  1. In a medium pot over medium-high heat combine tortilla soup base and shredded chicken. Heat about 5 minutes or until lightly simmering.
  2. Serve soup with about a tablespoon of shredded cheese, tortilla strips and chopped cilantro and onion.
  3. Chef's Note: For added flavor add a spoonful of pico de gallo to your bowl and garnish with sliced avocado and lime wedges.
