Ingredients

  • 4 Bolillos
  • 12 Italian Style fully cooked meatballs
  • 4 oz Shredded mozzarella
  • 24 oz Vodka pasta sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Slice bolillos open, leaving them in one piece; set aside.
  2. In a large pan over medium-high heat, cook meatballs in pasta sauce until warmed through and thawed; about 7 minutes.
  3. Place bolillos on a sheet tray, and place 3 meatballs and a few tablespoons of sauce into each bolillo and cover with mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake until cheese melts, about 2 to 4 minutes.
