Malabar Teas come with a rich history from a family with over 60 years in the business. All of their formulas have been used for generations. The teas keep all of the active principals in tact ensuring their absorption into the organism. 100% natural Contains no caffeine Chamomile tea helps relieve back pain and rheumatism Chamomile tea fights infections associated with colds and is a perfect hot drink in winter.
Suggested Use: Take 1 cup before every meal. Directions to Prepare: Hot Tea: Pour boiling water (8 fl oz) over one tea bag in a cup. Let steep for 3 to 5 minutes and then remove tea bag. Sweeten to you liking. Iced Tea: To prepare one quart. Pour 2 cups of boiling water (16 fl oz) over 4 to 5 tea bags in a pitcher. Let steep for 10 minutes. Remove tea bags. Add 2 cups of cold water (16 fl oz) and ice. Sweeten to your liking. Keep in a cool dry place.
