Do not use if inner plastic seal has been opened.- Cook thoroughly. Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to use. For Food Safety & Quality follow these cooking instructions/directions. Internal temperature of meal should reach 165 degrees F after cooking. Microwave Directions: 1. Remove bowl from outer carton. Cut slit in center of film cover. 2. Microwave on high 3 minutes. Carefully peel back film; stir. Replace film. Microwave on high for additional 1 minute or until cooked through. 3. Let stand in microwave 1 minute. Carefully remove bowl from microwave. Remove film cover. Stir before serving. Microwave ovens vary; adjust cooking times as needed. Cooking times are based on an 1100 watt microwave oven. Caution: Bowl and contents will be very hot Use pot holders when removing from microwave. Oven Directions: 1. Do not heat under broiler or in toaster oven. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove bowl from outer carton. Cut a slit in center of film cover. 2. Place bowl on baking sheet in center of oven. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. 3. Carefully remove from oven. Let stand 1 minute. Remove film cover. Stir before serving. Caution: Bowl and contents will be very hot. Use pot holders when removing from oven. Keep frozen.
