Description

Yellowbird was created in 2013 in the south Austin kitchen of partners George and Erin. They loved adding chili sauce to their food, but all of their favorites seemed to be loaded with salt, sugar, preservatives, and other nasty stuff. The couple sold Yellowbird in local Austin farmer's markets and restaurants for a couple of years before starting to really get their better-for-you condiment brand on the map.
