Produced in a dedicated gluten-free facility.- Traditional Sugar Cookies: You Will Need: 1 large egg; 1 tsp vanilla extract; 10 tbsp (1 stick + 2 tbsp) unsalted butter, softened; sugar for rolling (optional). Butter can be replaced with any non-dairy alternative. 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a large bowl, beat the cookie mix, butter, egg and vanilla, until smooth. 3. Drop dough onto the cookie sheet, using a rounded tablespoon or roll dough into balls. Roll balls in sugar, if desired. Flatten each ball with your hand, approx. 1/4 inch thick. 4. Bake 11-13 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then place on wire rack. Roll Out Sugar Cookies: You Will Need: 1 large egg; 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened. 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a large bowl, beat the cookie mix, butter and egg until smooth. 3. Roll out cookie dough on a flat surface, about 1/4 inch thick. Cut dough into shapes by hand or with a cookie cutter, then place onto baking sheet. 4. Bake 8-11 minutes, until lightly golden around the edges. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then place on wire rack. Decorate cookies with your favorite icing.
