With a pesto based sauce this pizza is perfectly equipped to balance the strong garlic aspects against the fragrant basil flavors and soft acidity witnessed in cherry tomatoes. Like four distinct boroughs, this pizza is then topped with a cheese blend of Romano, provolone, mozzarella and parmesan to offer the flavor combination an opportunity to linger on your taste buds. Little Italy in New York is a one of a kind experience in gastronomy, we just froze it.
