Active Ingredients: In Each Softgel Diphenhydramine HCI (50 %). Purpose: Nighttime Sleep-Aid. Inactive Ingredients: Blue 1, Gelatin, Glycerin, Polyethylene Glycol, Polyvinyl Acetate, Polyvinyl Acetate Phthalate, Propylene Glycol, Sorbitol, Titanium Dioxide, water (245-189).
