  • Vegetable Lo Mein Ingredients: 1 Bag Ty Ling Chinese Noodles 1 Tablespoon Ty Ling Sesame Oil 12 Ounce Bag Frozen Edamame Beans (No Shell) 1 Carrot, Peeled, Cut into Strips 1 Red Pepper, Chopped 1 Head of Broccoli 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce. Instructions defrost edamame beans, drain, steam edamame beans, carrots, and broccoli, boil ty ling Chinese noodles for 2-3 minutes, or until softened, rinse, and drain, toss noodles with ty ling sesame oil and all vegetable ingredients, mix with soy sauce to taste, serve.
