    Ingredients

    Mashed Plantain, Potato Granules, Cassava, Saffron & Turmeric (for Spice, Flavour, Natural Vitamins & Minerals), Preservatives: Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate Stabilizer: Monodiglycerides Antioxidant: BHT.
  • So easy to prepare: 1/2 cup Fufu Flour + 3/4 cup water. Combine 4oz. (113g) of Fufu Flour with 3/4 cup of water and stir into a thick paste in a saucepan. Place over heat and knead with a wooden spoon to form a thick, uniform consistency. Mold into a ball by hand and place in bowl. Serve with your favorite soup or stew. Try other Tropiway products and experience their wonderful taste. To Produce Instant Plantain Fufu: Bring a cup of water to boil in a saucepan. Divide water into two parts. Add 4 oz. (1/2 cup) of Fufu Flour to the heated water in sauce-pan and stir with a wooden spoon. Gradually ad the remaining heated water and stir. Place over medium heat and knead thoroughly for about four minutes or until a smooth but thick consistency is achieved. Allow Fufu to cool and serve.
