  • Cooking Instructions: Very important, please ensure you cover slab for first time use. Important rules for heating the Salt Slab (especially for the first time); 10 minutes on low heat; 10 minutes on medium heat; 10 minutes on high heat. The Slab Can Used With: Barbecue; gas stove stop; electric stove top (please use a pastry or work ring to place the slab on); oven (you must build the heat gradually); now you are ready to throw some steak or prawns or beautiful veggies on your slab  and mesmerize your friends or your favorite aunt.
