Water, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Glycerin, Alcohol Denat., Xanthan Gum, PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Trideceth-10, Betaine, Sodium Hyaluronate, Beta-Glucan, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Extract, Honey Extract, Centella Asiatica Extract, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Allantoin, Panthenol, Phenoxyethanol, Chlorphenesin, Disodium EDTA.- 1. Cleanse & dry skin. 2. Pull out sheet mask from package and place mask on face. Use the excess essence in packet on neck & parts of face not covered by mask. 3. Leave mask on for 20-30 min or until dry. 4. Remove mask. Do not wash off or pat dry! Allow skin to absorb remaining nutrients. 5. Proceed with routine skin regimen. For a cooling effect, store your mask in the refrigerator!
