Contains: milk, soybeans, wheat.- Keep frozen. Sauce packet inside. Remove contents before heating. Preparation: Skillet: Place sauce pouch in warm water to thaw. Preheat 1 tbsp. vegetable oil in a skillet over High heat for 1 minute. Place rice, chicken and vegetables in the skillet and cover with lid. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove lid. Continue cooking for 2-3 minutes until heated through. Transfer to a serving platter. Pour sauce and serve. For a crispier bite, pan fry the chicken in 3-4 tbsp. vegetable oil, separately from the rice and vegetables. Refrigerate leftovers immediately. Microwave: Place sauce pouch in warm water to thaw. Place rice, chicken and vegetables on a microwaveable plate. Cover with plastic wrap. Heat on High for 4-5 minutes. Remove plastic cover. Heat for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated through.
