Ingredients
Taco Shells (Yellow Corn Flour, Canola Oil, Water).- Directions: What you need: 1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef. 1 pkg. taco bell taco seasoning mix. 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Kraft shredded cheddar cheese. Chopped lettuce and tomatoes. Breakstone’s or Knudsen sour cream. (1) Brown meat in skillet; drain. Add seasoning mix and 3/4 cup water; stir. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally; (2) Meanwhile, bake taco shells on baking sheet in 300 degrees F oven 3 to 5 min. or until warmed. Caution: Do not heat taco shells in toaster oven due to possible fire risk; (3) Fill bowls with meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream. Pass the taco shells and let everyone customize their taco. Makes 9 servings, 2 tacos each. Tear across to open.
