All you need to make homemade jam is one pouch of CERTO, strawberries, and sugar. Quick & Easy Recipe: 1 pouch of CERTO, 1 qt.* fruit & 4 cups sugar yields 4 containers (1 cup size). Cooked Recipe: 1 pouch of CERTO, 2 qt.* fruit & 7 cups sugar yields 8 jars (1 cup size). *2 Tbsp. of fresh lemon juice also required. Refrigeration helps maintain freshness.
