Contains: milk, soy, wheat ingredients.- Keep frozen until ready to use. Cook thoroughly. Stove Top Skillet Cooking: For best results, use large, non-stick skillet. For non-coated skillet, add one tablespoon oil or coat with non-stick cooking spray before preparing. Since stove tops and skillets vary, cooking heat and times may require adjusting. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. 1. Pour contents of bag into skillet. 2. Cover and cook over medium heat 8 minutes; remove cover. Stir and re-cover. 3. Continue cooking 4-7 minutes, stirring frequently. Carefully remove cover. Microwave Oven Cooking: To avoid damage to microwave oven, do not prepare in bag. Since microwave oven wattage varies, cooking times may require adjusting. 1. Pour contents of bag into 1 1/2 or 2-quart microwave-safe dish. 2. Cover and cook on high 6 minutes; remove cover. Stir and re-cover. 3. Continue cookin on high 3 minutes; remove cover. Stir and re-cover. 4. Continue cooking on high 2-5 minutes. 5. Using potholders and both hands, carefully remove dish from microwave. Let stand 5 minutes. Carefully remove cover and stir. Serve.
