Contains: wheat, milk, soy ingredients.- Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. Stove top, 12 inch non-stick skillet (Preferred). For non-coated skillet, add one tablespoon vegetable oil or coat with non-stick cooking spray. 1. Prep: Pour contents into skillet & cover. 2. 14 minutes cook on medium heat. 3. Stir and re-cover. Caution: escaping steam. 4. 7 minutes cook again on medium heat, stirring frequently. 5. Stir and re-cover. 6. 6 minutes cook again on medium heat. Remove from heat and serve. Will be hot! Ensure product reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees F. Directions developed using stove top cooking. Cooking times may need adjusting. Do not microwave.
