Contains: wheat and milk.- Farmhouse Pancakes: 2 cups Farmhouse Pancake and Waffle Mix; 2 eggs; 3/4 cup whole milk; 3/4 cup water; 2 tablespoon melted butter. (May substitute 1-1/2 cups milk or buttermilk and not water). Beat eggs and liquids together. Add mix and blend well. Stir in melted butter and mix thoroughly. Ladle onto 350 degree F griddle. Flip when air bubbles begin to pop. (Makes approximately 10-12 plate size pancakes). Farmhouse Waffles: 2 cups Farmhouse Pancake and Waffle Mix; 2 eggs; 1-1/4 cups water; 4 tablespoon melted butter. Beat eggs and water together. Add mix and blend well. Stir in melted butter and make sure to mix thoroughly. Ladle onto hot waffle iron and remove when golden brown. (Makes approximately 6-8 waffles depending on the size of waffle maker.)
