Ingredients
Water, Onion, Scallion, Salt, Thyme, Ginger, Scotch Bonnet Pepper, Caramel Color, Pimento (Allspice), Caramelized Sugar, Cane Sugar, Cane Vinegar, Approved Spices, Sodium Benzoate (Preservative).- Cooking Instructions: Use 2 oz seasoning per lb of meat - marinate for mini. 1 hours under refrigeration. Heat oil in pot, & brown meat for 10 minutes on medium heat, turning regularly. Add water to top of meat, cover and simmer on low heat for approx. 3 hours until cooked (for best results, cook in pressure cooker for 30 minutes). Add canned butter beans 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Refrigerate after opening.
