Description
Our Chardonnay is grown in the cool climate of Monterey County, where the soils impart steely mineral notes and flint qualities. As a result of these conditions, the fruit retains an assertive natural acidity, which makes the wine extremely versatile with food. Our debut release of Sofia Chardonnay enjoys excellent balance, a supple texture, and bright flavors of crisp green apple, white peaches, juicy pears, spices and a hint of citrus. Monterey Countys signature mineral notes peak through on the finish, making our Chardonnay as graceful as it is unique.
