  • Cooking Instructions: Cut the package open with scissors or a knife. Put ham slices in skillet or griddle at 350 degrees for 60 seconds per side. Add a little coffee to ham for a red eye gravy flavor. Soak in warm water for 5 to 10 minutes to reduce salt in the product before cooking. To Charcoal: Place ham slices on charcoal grill about 3 inches from hot coals. Grill until the surface of the product reaches a temperature of at least 160 degrees. Serve in a bun with lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, or your favorite vegetables. To Bake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees, wrap slices of ham in aluminum foil. Bake in the oven for 12 minutes. Makes ham moist and tender. To Microwave: Place 1 slice with edges snipped on a paper plate covered with a white paper towel. Cook 2 minutes on full power (1000 watt oven).
