    Organic Long Grain White Rice.
  • Stove Top Cooking Instructions: Combine the rice, water and butter (optional) in a pot with a tight-fitting lid. Bring it to a boil, stir it once, and cover it with the lid. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand in the covered pot for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork and salt to taste (optional). Rice Cooker Cooking Instructions: Use the same water-rice ratios as for the stove top instructions. Just follow the instructions that came with your fantastic rice cooker, and off you go! Servings: 2-3; Rice (Dry): 1/2 cup; Water or Broth: 1 cup; Butter, Oil or Margarine: 1-1/2 tsp; Servings: 4-6; Rice (Dry): 1 cup; Water or Broth: 2 cups; Butter, Oil or Margarine: 1 tbs; Servings 8-10; Rice (Dry): 2 cups; Water or Broth: 4 cups; Butter, Oil or Margarine: 2 tbs.
