Description
Simi Pinot Noir comes from vineyards in Sonoma county where morning fog is slow to lift and evenings are quickly cooled by the Pacific Ocean. The result is a well structured concentrated Pinot Noir offering aromas of dark red fruit and spice. This wine has abundant black cherry, raspberry and gingerbread and a velvety body finish with balanced acidity. This wine pairs well with paella and Tuscan marinated roast pork loin. Alc. 14.5% by vol. Vinted and bottled by Simi winery, Geyserville, California.
