    Ingredients

    Salt, Red Chilli, Paprika, Coriander, Dehydrated Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Fenugreek Leaves, Cinnamon, Carom, Clove, Turmeric, Brown Cardamom, Cumin, Black Pepper, Citric Acid, Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Canola Oil, Cane Sugar, Silicondioxide, Dried Mango Powder, Wheat Flour.
  • Fried Fish - Pakistani Style Fried Fish: Ingredients Required: 1 to 1-1/2 kg fish sliced/whole; 1-1/2 tablespoons garlic paste; 3 cups/500 g ghee/oil for frying; one packet Shan Fish Seasoning Mix (use less for mild hot). Steps of Cooking: 1. Mix garlic and Shan Fish Seasoning Mix and apply on the fish. Marinate for 30 minutes. 2. Then fry the fish in hot oil until light brown. Serving Suggestion: Garnish with Shan Chaat Masala and lime juice. Tips for Best Results: For variation use 3-4 tablespoons Tamarind in the above ingredients. Serves 6-8 persons.
