If skin contact occurs, rinse with water. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Contact a doctor. Read and follow the insert instructions. Choose a color in the shade level that best matches your current color to achieve true to box results. The number before the decimal at the front of the box indicates level. We recommend not going higher than 2 levels from your current level.
