100% North Coast sparkling wine. This sparkling wine is a Brut style made from Pinot Noir, with a touch of Chardonnay added for length on the palate. It has been handcrafted using select cool climate North Coast vineyards, barrel fermentation, and extended aging in our historic hillside caves. 85% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay. Hugh Davies, Vintner. Alcohol 13.1% by volume.
