  • Directions (Single serving). In a small bowl, make Sriracha mayonnaise by mixing together the mayonnaise and Sriracha until combined. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. To grill the pineapples, add olive oil to a skillet, grill pan or grill over high heat. Sear the pineapple slices on both sides until caramelized, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and place on a plate to cool. To assemble the sandwich, take one slice of bread and layer on lettuce, tomatoes, grilled pineapple, bacon and avocado slices. On another slice of bread, spread the Sriracha mayonnaise until evenly coated and place on top of the avocado slices. Our bakery products retain their best quality if stored at room temperature.
