San Giuliano Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced under the direct control of ICEA (Institute for Environmental Certification). The olive groves dedicated to this oil have been cultivated since the early 1990s using organic methods for sustainable rural development. The carefully selected olives are cold pressed in the company's modern, technologically advanced mill, maintaining intact all their precious sensorial characteristics.
Aroma: Medium/intense fruity aroma of olives at the perfect degree of ripeness, with hints of aromatic herbs and ripe apples
Flavour: Decisive, full-bodied and palatable with well-balanced bitter and spicy tones
