Ingredients
White Rice Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Corn Flour, Quinoa Flour, Mono and Diglycerides.- Perfect Pasta Guide: 2 servings; 1/3 box pasta; 2 quarts water; 1 tsp salt. 3 servings; 1/2 box pasta; 4 quarts water; 2 tsp salt. 6 servings; Full box; 9 quarts water; 1 tbsp salt. Al dente: 7 min. Firm: 8 min. Tender: 9 min. Cooking Directions: See Perfect Pasta Guide for quantities and cook times. Boil water (To ensure good taste and texture, be sure to use enough water when boiling and to rinse after draining). To add flavor and reduce stickiness, add salt to taste (optional). Add pasta to boiling water. Return to a boil, stirring frequently. Cook uncovered for 7 - 9 minutes or until desired tenderness. Immediately drain in colander and rinse briefly with warm water (To ensure good taste and texture, be sure to use enough water when boiling and to rinse after draining). Drain well and use as desired. Maintaining Perfect Pasta: To keep cooked pasta fresh for later use, toss with a small amount of olive oil, and refrigerate.
