Ingredients
White Rice Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Corn Flour, Quinoa Flour, Mono and Diglycerides.- Cooking directions. See perfect pasta guide for quantities and cook times. Boil water*. To add flavor and reduce stickiness, add salt to taste (optional). Add pasta to boiling water. Return to a boil, stirring frequently. Cook uncovered for 8-10 minutes or until desired tenderness. Immediately drain in colander and rinse briefly with warm water*. Drain well and use as desired. *To ensure good taste and texture, be sure to use enough water when boiling and to rinse after draining. Perfect Pasta Guide: 2 servings - 1/3 box pasta, 2 quarts water, 1 tsp salt; 3 servings - 1/2 box pasta, 4 quarts water, 2 tsp. salt; 6 servings - Full box pasta, 6 quarts water, 1 tbsp. salt. A dente 8 min. Firm 9 min. tender 10 min. Maintaining Perfect Pasta. To keep cooked pasta fresh for later use, toss with a small amount of olive oil, and refrigerate. To open, lift tab.
