To reduce our carbon footprint, we installed a solar power system at our organic creamery that offsets 100% of our energy needs. Using over 2,500 solar panels made in the US, 810,840 pounds of CO2 will be reduced annually; equal to 110 acres of trees saved, 54 cars off the road, or 76 homes powered. No refined sugar. Gluten free. Kosher certified. Millions of live & active cultures in every spoonful. Please recycle. Goat milk yogurt is delicious and can be enjoyed by many people who are allergic to cow milk. Starting with the best-tasting goat milk, we add a unique blend of live & active cultures that create a classic yogurt flavor and includes acidophilus and bifidus to promote healthy digestion. Handcrafted in small batches, our 100% natural yogurt does not contain gelatin, refined sugar, preservatives, artificial stabilizers, colors or flavorings or BST, the bovine growth hormone. Currently, there are no hormones that will increase milk production in goats, so our goat milk products are free of added recombinant growth hormones. Seasonal variations in the creamy, delicate texture are normal.
