  • Red Fork Recipe: Sweet Hickory Chicken: 2 pounds chicken pieces, such as bone-in breast, legs, wings. 1 pouch Red Fork Sweet Hickory Chicken Barbecue Sauce. 1: Season chicken with salt in bowl in zippered plastic bag. Add 1/2 of the sauce pouch. Turn to coat; refrigerate several hours. 2: Heat grill to medium hot. Remove chicken from marinade. Grill covered, turning once, until chicken is nearly cooked, 25 to 30 min. Brush remaining sauce on all sides of chicken. Grill until nicely glazed, 5-10 minutes more. Note: If using boneless chicken breasts, reduce grill time to 15-20 min. For Oven: Cook in nonstick baking pan at 375 degrees for 20-30 min. Brush with sauce; cook 5-10 min more.
