Allergens and safety warnings

Close safety lock. Vapor vent. Instructions For Use: do not pull bear head to open. 1. Push safety lock and turn gently to the right; 2. Tear foil pouch at notch to open. Do not touch vapor pad directly; 3. Slide pad from pouch into entry slot; 4. Turn safety lock left until it clicks shut. (Vent should be on top of bear head); 5. Gently clip to baby's clothing. Vapors flow automatically!; 6. Discard and replace pad after 12 hours. Inserting new pad will push out used pad. For use with Vapor-Raz clip. Vapor-pads are not a toy and should be handled by adults only. Do not place exposed pad on furniture.
