  • Cooking Instructions: Combine Ragin' Cajun Authentic Etouffee Sauce and 1 jar (16 oz) of water in a 4 quart pot. Stir. Add 1 lb of seafood or chicken. Bring to a boil and simmer until cooked. Stir as needed and serve over rice or pasta. Makes 32 oz finished sauce, serves 6-8. Real Etouffee sauce in 20 minutes. Just add shrimp, crawfish or chicken! Refrigerate after opening.
