Oven 15 Min: Preheat oven and baking sheet to 425 degrees F. Place Quorn Meatless Nuggets on the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Microwave 100W 4 Min: Line a microwave safe plate with two layers of paper towel. Place 5 Quorn Meatless Nuggets in a single layer. Heat on high for 2 minutes, turning halfway through. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Caution: Plate and Nuggets will be hot. Please note that microwave cooking times may vary depending on appliance wattage. Always cook thoroughly.
