Q and Q is the leading Fideo pasta product in the Hispanic community. Fideo actually refers to a dish made with short, vermicelli-style pasta. The Fideo is first browned in a skillet then various ingredients are added to make either pasta or soups dish. The dish is common in Mexico and the southwest. Q and Q produces a number of different Fideo pasta products, which when combined with your favorite ingredients, make a quick, inexpensive and nutritious meal. It has a great delicious taste.

Ingredients
Flour, Niacin, Iron (Ferrous Sulfate), Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, Water.
Cooking: 1. Use 5 oz. Q & Q Vermicelli. Drop into 4 cups rapidly boiling salted water (2 tsp. salt). Cook, stirring constantly for 3 minutes. 2. Drain and serve to taste. Serve with salt, pepper and butter. (Add parmesan or cheddar cheese). Serve with chili or chili and beans. Serve with broths, consomes, cream soups and chowders.
