  • Ingredients

    Active Ingredient (in Each Tablet): Aspirin (81 mg) (NSAID) (Nonsteroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug). Inactive Ingredients: Croscarmellose Sodium, D&C Yellow 10 (Al-Lake), HPMC, Methacrylic Acid Copolymer, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Polyethylene Glycol/Propylene Glycol, PVP, Silicon Dioxide, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Corn Starch, Stearic Acid, Talc, Titanium Dioxide.

    Allergens and safety warnings

    For use only with dogs. Not for use in cats. Not for human consumption. Allergy Alert: Aspirin may cause a severe allergic reaction which may include hives, facial swelling, asthma (wheezing), shock. Stomach Bleeding Warning: This product contains an NSAID, which may cause severe stomach bleeding. The chance is higher if your dog has had stomach ulcers or bleeding problems; takes a blood-thinning (anticoagulant) or steroid drug; takes other drugs containing prescription or nonprescription NSAIDs (ibuprofen, naproxen, or others); takes more or for a longer time than directed. Do not use if your dog has ever had an allergic reaction to any other pain reliever/fever reducer; seven days prior to surgery. Ask a veterinarian before use if stomach bleeding warning applies to your dog; your dog has a history of stomach problems, such as heartburn; your dog has high blood pressure, heart disease, liver cirrhosis or kidney disease; your dog is taking a diuretic; your dog has asthma. Ask a veterinarian before use if your dog is taking a prescription drug for diabetes, gout or arthritis; under a veterinarian's care for any serious condition; taking any other drug. Stop use and ask a doctor if your dog experiences any of the following signs of stomach bleeding: feels faint, vomits blood, have black or bloody stools, have stomach pain that does not get better; loss of appetite occurs; pain gets worse; fever gets worse; redness or swelling is present in the painful area; symptoms persists for more than 7 days; any new symptoms appear. If your dog is pregnant or nursing, seek advice of a veterinarian before using this product. Keep this and all medicines out of reach of children and pets. In case of accidental overdose, contact a veterinarian/physician. Tamper Evident: Do not use if imprinted seal under the bottle cap is cut, torn, broken or damaged. Federal law restricts this drug to use by or on order of a licensed veterinarian.
  • This medication should be given within 30 minutes after the dog has ingested at least 1/3 of its daily amount of food. Tablet should not be chewed but be swallowed intact, either directly or wrapped in a treat. Dog Weighing 15 lbs and Over: Give 1 tablet per each 15 lbs of body weight twice a day. Dog Weighing Less than 15 lbs: Do not give. Store at room temperature 59-86 degrees F (15-30 degrees C).
