  • Frozen Fudgsicle Hot Chocolate. What You'll Need: 1 Cup unsweetened almond milk. 1 sugar-free hot chocolate packet. 1 no sugar added fudgsicle dairy dessert pop (From Fudgsicle no sugar added the original fudge pops box). Unsweetened whipped cream, optional. Instructions: 1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add 1 cup almond milk and bring to a light boil. Add hot chocolate packet and stir until smooth. 2. Bring heat to medium-low and add 1 dairy dessert pop to the saucepan. 3. When dairy dessert pop melts, remove wooden stick (about 3 minutes). Set mixture aside to cool. 4. In a blender, add hot chocolate mixture and about 2 cups of ice. Blend until smooth. Pour frozen hot chocolate into glass. If desired. top with whipped cream.
