Ingredients
Pre-Cooked Whole-Grain Corn Flour, Pre-Cooked Corn Flour, Corn Bran.- For 5 Servings of Polenta: 1. Bring 6 cups of water to a boil and add salt to taste. 2. When the water boils, stir in the contents of the pack. 3. Stir with a wooden spoon. 4. After 8 minutes the Polenta is ready to serve. For a single serving (1 serving = 66 g of flour in 260 m of water) simply pour 4 tablespoons (1 tablespoon = 15 ml) of polenta into 1 cup) of boiling water with a pinch of salt and continue as above.
