    Pre-Cooked Whole-Grain Corn Flour, Pre-Cooked Corn Flour, Corn Bran.
  • For 5 Servings of Polenta: 1. Bring 6 cups of water to a boil and add salt to taste. 2. When the water boils, stir in the contents of the pack. 3. Stir with a wooden spoon. 4. After 8 minutes the Polenta is ready to serve.
