Allergens and safety warnings
Do not tie pacifier around child's neck as it presents a strangulation hazard. To prevent a possible choking hazard, test strength regularly by pulling hard on all parts. Inspect nipple portion regularly, especially when baby is teething. If pacifier nipple becomes cracked, torn or shows other signs of excess wear, discontinue use immediately. Do not leave child unattended with pacifier. Only use sterilizer with silicone pacifiers; Do not microwave sterilizer for more than 2-1/2 minutes; Test pacifier to make sure it is cool before giving to baby.- To Clean Pacifier: Boil for five minutes before first use. Wash regularly in hot, soapy water or use dishwasher top rack to maintain cleanliness. To sterilize nipple: Fill sterilizer with clean water to the fill line; Insert Ortho-Pro pacifier into sterilizer with nipple faced down until the shield snaps into place; Place sterilizer on microwaves turntable. Preferably to one side and away from the center. Microwave on High for 2 minutes; Wait for sterilizer and pacifier to cool and then remove carefully from the microwave. Prior to sterilizing, remove any liquid that may have collected in nipple from cleaning or use. Because microwaves vary water may not fully evaporate from sterilizer. If this occurs, empty any remaining water from the sterilizer after sterilizing.
