  • Pancake Preparation: 1 pkg. pancake & waffle mix, 1 cup water. Preheat lightly oiled griddle to 375 degrees F. Mix water and package contents with a spoon in a medium size bowl (batter should be slightly lumpy). Bake on a heated griddle 1-1/2 to 2 minutes on each side (turn only once). Makes: 5 4-inch pancakes. Waffle Preparations (For a crispier waffle, add 1/4 cup egg beaters and 3 tbsp oil): Preheat waffle iron to 375 degrees F. Mix water and package contents with a spoon in a medium size bowl (batter should be slightly lumps). Bake 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown. Makes: 5 4-inch waffles.
