Ingredients
Wheat Flour, Onion Powder, Dextrose, Salt, Paprika, Spices, Contains Less than 2% of: Natural Flavors, Malted Barley Flour, Caramel Color, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein (Soy), Yeast, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Sugar, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate.- Just add ground meat, water and 1 egg. Home style Meatloaf Mix: Preparation: 1/4 cup water + 1 egg + 1 mix packet + 1 lb. ground meat. Mix well, put in 9 inches x 5 inches loaf pan, 375 degrees bake 1 hour. For ground beef or pork 1 hour (165 degrees F internal temperature) or until juices run Clear when knife is inserted in center of loaf. For ground turkey or chicken 1 hour 10 minutes. (170 degrees F internal temperature) or until juices run clear when knife is inserted in center of loaf. Time-saving alternate preparation Mix ground meat and all ingredients together in a bowl. Divide into 2 mini loaf pans or roll into 2-inch meatballs and space 1-inch apart on cookie sheet. Cook for 30-40 minutes or when pierced with a knife to center of meatloaf, the juices run clear. Remove from oven and allow to sit for 5 minutes before serving. Serving Suggestion: Mix 1/2 cup ketchup, 2 Tbsp. Light brown sugar and 1 tsp. Dry mustard powder (optional) and let sit while meatloaf is cooking. Top meatloaf after cooking for 50 minutes for beet and 55 minutes for turkey or chicken. Return to oven and continue to cook meatloaf for another 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit 5 minutes before cutting.
