    Enriched Bleached Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Yellow Corn Flour, Sugar, Dextrose, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean and/or Cottonseed Oil, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Corn Syrup Solids, Sodium Caseinate (a Milk Derivative), Mono and Diglycerides, Buttermilk.

  • Buttermilk Pancakes: 1 pkg. Pioneer Pancake Mix, 1 cup water. Preheat lightly oiled griddle to 375 degrees. Mix water and package contents with a spoon in a medium size bowl (batter should be slightly lumpy). Bake on a heated griddle 1-1/2 to 2 minutes on each side (turn only once). Yield: 6 to 7 4-inch pancakes. Waffles: 1 pkg. Pioneer Pancake Mix, 1 egg, 1 Tbl butter or margarine, melted, 3/4 cup water. Preheat waffle iron to 375 degrees. Mix egg, butter, water and package contents with a large spoon in medium size bowl until well blended (batter should be slightly lumpy). Bake 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 8 4-inch waffles.
