  • Easy Preparation! Prep Time: 5 minutes. Cook Time: 35 minutes. You Will Need: 1 pkg. Pioneer Chicken Pot Pie Meal Sauce and Seasoning Mix. 1-1/2 Cups: Water. 1 Cup: Diced onion. 1 Cup: Peeled and diced potatoes. 1 Cup: Frozen vegetables. 1 Cup: Cooked and shredded chicken. 1 Pie crust (frozen or homemade). (1). Whisk together the seasoning mix and water in a small container until a slurry forms. Set aside. (2). Add a small amount of oil to a large saute pan, and saute onion until translucent. (3). Add diced potatoes, and cook until softened. (4). Add vegetables, chicken, and seasoning mix slurry. Mix well. (5). Simmer until vegetables thaw and the mixture thickens. (6). Pour into a 9-inch pie pan, and cover with pie crust, crimping the edges. (7). Bake according to pie crust package instructions.
