Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Place frozen chicken pieces in a single layer on ungreased baking sheet. 3. Bake, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes. 4. Continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, as measured by a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest portion of the product. Deep Fry: 1. Heat oil to 350 degrees F. 2. Submerge the product completely in the hot oil taking care not to overload the fryer. 3. Fry chicken chunks 8 to 10 minutes. 4. Continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, as measured by a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest portion of the product.
