    Ingredients

    Okra, Tomatoes, Onions, Celery, Green Peppers.
  • Must be cooked thoroughly. Prep in just 15 min. 3 cups chicken broth. 1/4 cup prepared roux. 3/4 tsp. creole seasoning. 1 pkg. Pictsweet Farms frozen Vegetables for Gumbo. 4 oz. precooked smoked sausage, sliced. 4 oz. shrimp, peeled, deveined and cooked (optional). 1. Combine broth, roux and seasoning in stockpock. Cook over medium heat until mixed thoroughly. 2. Add frozen vegetables, broth and sausage. Boil for 3 minutes. 3. Simmer 20 minutes. Add shrimp and simmer an additional 10 minutes. Do not place this package in microwave. For Food Safety: Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not refreeze. Heat to 165 degrees F before use. Refrigerate leftovers.
