Contains wheat, milk, and soy ingredients.- Pasta Range Top: What You Need: 2 tbsps margarine or butter; 1-1/4 cups water; 1/2 cup milk. 1. In a medium saucepan, bring water, milk and margarine or butter. Then slowly stir in pasta and special seasonings. Separate pasta with a fork, if needed. Return to a boil. 2. Reduce heat to medium. Boil uncovered, 4-5 minutes or until pasta is just tender, stirring frequently. 3. Sauce will be thin. Let stand 3-5 minutes to thicken. About 2 1/2 cups prepared. Microwave: In 2-quart microwaveable bowl, combine 1-1/4 cups water, 1/2 cup milk and 1 tablespoon margarine or butter. Microwave uncovered at high 4-5 minutes or until boiling. Slowly stir in pasta and special seasonings. Microwave at high 1 minute. Stir. Microwave at high 3 to 4 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir well. Sauce will be thin. Let stand 3 to 5 minutes before serving. Microwave ovens vary; adjust times as needed. Less Fat: Follow Range Top or Microwave directions, except substitute margarine with 1/2 tablespoon olive oil and use 1/2 cup skim milk. Fat reduced to 7 g from 15 g per serving with saturated fat reduced to 2.5 g from 4.5 g and trans fat reduced to 0 g from 2 g per serving. 60 calories from fat per serving.
