    Allergens and safety warnings

  • What you'll need: 1.3 lb (600 g) sliced chicken; 1 cup (190 g) sliced vegetables  carrot, onion, bell pepper, spring onion; 2 cups (380 g) jasmine rice. Cooking instruction: (1) Heat on table spoon of oil in a wok. (2) Add sliced chicken and cook on high until seared, then add vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. (3) Pour stir-fry sauce into wok and toss through. (4) Reduce heat to low and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes or until meat is fully cooked. (5) Serve immediately on a bed of steamed jasmine rice. Our tip: Also great with red meats, seafood or vegetables. Mix satay sauce in a bowl with meat or seafood, skewer and then cook on grill. Serve with wedged cucumber, onion, carrot and sticky rice. Serves 3-4. Store unopened in a cool, dry place.
